Exceptional Stay, from location, quality of the Shepard's Hut and Facilities.
The Shepard's Hut is deceptively bigger than you think on the inside. The fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard.
The bathroom was lovely and clean, and genius use of space throughout the hut.
It was very cosy and warm thanks to the under floor heating. The fold down bed was easy to manage.

This place was fabulously clean and cozy. And quiet. We loved it. The view from our window, overlooking the town of Blackwell, was stunning. You will love this place if you can find it... it took us a couple tries. It's up the hill from a beautiful old church onto on a small street you may miss the first time. When you reserve the place you might ask them to e or text you a little map of where to turn at the end. If you're traveling by cab or hired car, I'm sure they won't have any problem. Don't let this put you off... Bagshaw Lodge is great!
Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
