We have just returned from our 1 night stay and we wanted to thank you as we had such a lovely cosy night, the sat nav was a little confusing so much sure you go right to the top of the hill to the farm, the hot tub exceeded our expectations it was a great treat after a 2 night stay at shell island camping nearby.
We had a little visitor quite often 🫡 a black cat who I think wanted to come in and join us, it sat by the door most of the day/night it was very friendly and just wanted a cuddle 😊 the hut was very clean and homely and we took our firestick so we could watch a movie, the connection was great even with the bad rain.
We will definitely be returning next year!

Amazing views and secluded setting. Great terrace. Comfy living room, I reported a broken toilet seat & shower on my arrival and these were fixed within 2 hours.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Really nice setting and quiet camping. We loved our safari tent and would definitely come back. Also loved the family of ducks with babies randomly walking around the campsite every day.
Self check in made the whole process very straightforward, with detailed instructions text to us prior to arrival. The safari tent was clean, and well equipped for a two night break. There was great attention to detail with hot water bottles, electric heater and throws for the beds (unseasonably cold for March/April). Hot tub was brilliant, our eight year old loved it. Having the private outside toilet was invaluable. Great views, family friendly and very well maintained site. We will be back, thank you for a great experience!
It was only a two night stay but definitely did the trick. Perfect to unwind together as a family with no TV and gaming ! The lodge was more than expected, beautifully kitted out and the hot tub was a godsend. The site was perfectly located with the torrent walk 5 mins away. Will definitely go again but for longer 🥰
Safari tent and hot tub were both amazing. Having a toilet near by was fantastic as it meant that we didn't have to walk far and could also park right outside making loading/unloading really easy. Couldn't fault the tent, beds were made up and comfortable, layout and design perfect. Great that logs were provided so that we could heat the hot tub up.

Beautiful place other than being close to a road. Pitching up might be worth the money even though the 'lodges' wasn't.
