Looking for a lodge?
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

Great location, right next to the train station, so you could get into town within 10 minutes. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful Good for parking, plenty of spaces round the back which has CCTV so felt safe Room was a fair size for what we were there for (visiting family). Reception and bar area was nice and relaxed. Fair price for what you're getting Has been better than some Premier inns/travelodges we have stayed at and cheaper too

The cleanliness of the apartment. The staff was in communication with me till I checked into the apartment. It was also near to my training venue. Going further, I will be lodging there any time I visit Birmingham.

Hams Lodge was exactly what I was looking for. A clean and comfortable place to sleep that was great value and close to the NEC. I was unfortunately running late and Monday was easy to contact and was accommodating with my late check in.

Lovely staff and all in all decent motel lodge. I'd definitely stay here again and I liked the location. Sorry for leaving it messy but I was a bit of a shambles at the time

Very spacious and big enough, I would have been discouraged by the previous review. Bit I presumed the previous lodgers didn't know how to operate most of the equipment, hence warranted the anger There were towels hanging in the bathroom for usage also

The owner and the staff at this Lodge were amazing always asking if everything was okay if we needed something. They arranged for a cab when we needed one no problem at all. Beds were comfy room was large. We booked 5 weeks before we travelled so unfortunately no main floor room was available there is no lift so if mobility is a problem might not be for you. Ask them tho if they have it they will do what they can for you.

Can't beat the wetherspoons lodges for their great city centre locations and their value for money compared to other hotels. Room was spacious and clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
