It was such a fun place to stay! Unique and very cosy with the fire on, we loved our stay at the Tree Lodge. The Lodge has facilities for cooking on the gas hobs and plenty of crockery. The beds are comfortable, and the hot water bottles are a lovely addition, although we were too hot with the log burner on! Awesome views over the estate and further hills, we unfortunately visited when Storm Bert was happening, but the Lodge felt sturdy and very quiet even in the galeforce winds! Having a proper bathroom and hot water was a fantastic addition to the rustic lodge! The woodland Sauna was also a great addition to the overall experience, with stunning views over the fields!

Don't know because we had to leave and find alternative arrangements as we were double booked and we were offered a double room in the owners house but we paid for hot tub and log burner fire with wood
Yurtshire Eavestone Lake - Birch Yurt, a property with a terrace, is situated in Ripon, 12 km from Ripley Castle, 16 km from Lightwater Valley Theme Park, as well as 17 km from Royal Hall Theatre.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Loved Sean and Scott best and helpful father son duo, lovely place to stay. The owl Lodge is just amazing the decor and everything is lovely.
So close to northallerton and the sheep and 2 miniature Shetlands are just lovely.
We loved everything about our stay! Sean was super welcoming and lovely. The lodge was spotless and very spacious! The added touches of tea and coffee were fab.
We loved how peaceful our stay was, we definitely feel refreshed.
We are already planning our next visit before our baby arrives in September!!!!
Thank you very much Sean and Scott.

Logs and kindling to purchase for the firepit outside. Heated towel rail, dvds, games books. Nespresso machine. Thoughtful things like milk in the fridge, tea,,a couple of chocolates, a vase of fresh wild flowers.View when making a cup of tea was beautiful. Location close enough to drive to parks, and towns. All was really fabulous, we had an amazing stay.
The lodges are absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The staff were so friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. The fire hut was such a lovely touch. Beautiful views.
What a great little place. It doesn't look like much from the road, but in fact is an excellent little hotel - very favourably comparable with decent Days Inns or Travelodges. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, including a very good shower and an excellent kettle! The staff were absolutely delightful, the place was very clean and the breakfast was great. I was travelling by myself for work, and it was ideal. It's good value for money and I'm sure I'll stay again.
Beautiful lodges! Peaceful, beautiful area, didn’t want to come home. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed, got everything you need for a short trip away.
