Loved the location. Views stunning. Hot tub was a special treat. And Gillian and Brian were amazing hosts. Hiking out the door on John Muir Way. A quiet slice of paradise, and short walk to town if don’t want to drive.

From the scenery, to the cozy feeling as soon as we walked into the Hut, to the delightful welcome basket with goodies and a bottle of processo, and the robes with slippers. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of hikes! It's a place someone can honestly stay for a long period of time without feeling like they need to go else where.

Very roomy. I loved putting on my makeup and fixing my hair at the salon style chair and mirror. Weird that it was there but very convenient. I wish all hotels had this!

Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Lodge was away from other lodges.
Spacious and clean.
Hot tub was sheltered.
Amenities included.
Beds were comfortable.
Dressing table with lights is a great touch.
The location was so lovely right near the Loch. Even though the lodges were close to a main road, I couldn't hear the cars from inside the Lodge and we had the room closest to that. It was very ideal for my uncle who we brought who required somewhere without stairs. The reception staff were so friendly and flexible, and we had such a comfortable stay.
Location was great, easy to get to Balloch and the surrounding areas of Loch Lomond. Plenty of space between the lodges giving plenty of privacy. Living/dining area was very spacious and the kitchen was well supplied with all that you needed. Both bedrooms have hanging closets with plenty of hanging and shelf space. En suite and family bathroom were modern and stylish. A very comfortable stay!!!
Excellent lodge, very clean and finished to a high standard.Great location on Loch Lomond.Big spacious rooms, beds were sooo comfortable, very quiet on site and peaceful, staff were excellent. In the early morning and evening there were wild rabbits running around outside, lovely to see.It was my first time in Scotland and I'm in love, what a beautiful country, people were friendly wherever we went.I would definitely stay in the lodges again.
