Had an amazing stay at Chimborazo Lodge. The owner and staff were very friendly. The breakfasts and dinner were great. We enjoyed seeing all of the alpacas on the property.

The lodge is directly located at Chimborazo, the view on the mountain is amazing, if there are no clouds ;-) The food is good too and there are vegetarian options available. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with hiking/mountain equipment.

A really great hotel in an environment that is (in more than one way) breathtaking. The food (breakfast!) is very good, the furnishing is rustic and comfortable and the details of decoration are adorable. On a future stay in Ecuador we will certainly spend some more days at Chimborazo Lodge.

Such an amazing location and beautiful lodge. The thoughtful touches that went into the decor, snd the communal space with fireplace. It gets cold here, so luckily the rooms have heaters to take the chill off. I hiked the nearby Chorerro Canyon with I would highly recommend. I want to do a bike trip down the volcano and was having a hard time finding an agency to take me - the staff called some local companies they new helped me book a tour for the next morning. Breakfasts were great!

An incredible place. Have not seen anything like it. This is not just a lodge, it is a mountaineering museum. If you are in the Chimborazo area and do not stop there, it will be a big mistake. It's great. Expensive but well worth the money. It’s a pity that we didn’t know how wonderful it is here and didn’t plan for a longer stay. Best mountain lodge I've been, and I travel a lot. An absolute must-see.
