Esmeralda, the hostess, was absolutely amazing and made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. A heads-up: being so close to nature means you’ll encounter some fascinating creatures and hear all kinds of sounds at night. We loved it—it really enhanced the adventure and connection to the surroundings.

The location was amazing, up in the rainforests - this could have been made much clearer in the information for the hotel. While certainly not a disappointment, it was a surprise. The staff were lovely, and attentive, and the live music was an unexpected bonus.

Costanza is a great host, she was so helpful with everything and helped us arrange hikes to amazing vrgin beaches. I traveled with family and this was one the most beautiful places we've stayed at.
