So - the room was very nice, plenty of size, clean. Grounds nice, pool nice, lounges nice and restaurant ok. No beach. Big plus - very very hot shower plenty of water. Has a sign saying "water filtered 99.9%" safe to drink ..... i admit, however, i got a touch of diarrhea last day - could have been previous place that we stayed......... (Eco Lodge).
The Surf Lodge was well appointed with a helpful, friendly staff. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals. We loved all the local fresh veggies & fruits! We loved the saltwater pool and yoga classes too.
Everything at Eco Lodge works well. Breakfast is cook to order, The owner and staff are all very helpful arranging Kite lessons or other activities.. There is a convenient italian restaurant within the Perla Marina gated secure area. I stayed extra days at this relaxing, fun resort.
the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, great food in the restaurant, the whole lodge was great (I loved the signs telling which tree is which), it exceeded my expectations
It was all incredibly great! We had actually booked only 3 nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed a week. The lodge is right on a private beach and in the middle of nature. The food is very good. The staff is great, especially Nando and Freili! The owner Marc is also great, and his four dogs too! We will definitely come back!
We had a fabulous time at El Encuentro Surf Lodge. It was like a boutique resort with super friendly staff, wonderful food, beautiful scenery and more! Would highly recommend staying here.
Excellent choice and quality; we loved the breathtaking scenery and unique location of the Eco lodge. we were so happy that we are coming back again in November with more friends
