Looking for a lodge?
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

The hotel is in a quiet, remote area and very close (less than 200 meters) to the Underground station. Room was fine and clean and the breakfast was of good quality. Hotel staff was helpful and kind. All in all a very nice and cozy, old school hotel!

The style of a hunting lodge was different - a nice touch. Good central location opposite Hauptbahnhof and just 10-15 minutes walk from Marienplatz central square! Great affordable price too and rooms were perfectly acceptable in terms of comfort etc.

I expected a something like a Travelodge but it was much nicer in terms of decor, the room was really comfortable, there was a nice bar area, staff were helpful. Close to the Ostbahnhof, easy to leave luggage after check out

Room was a family suite. Decorated as an Alpin lodge. Centrale Cafe - oozed charm Bar - almost got to try but it had a what seemed to be a wood burning fire. Staff helped us with luggage to our train platform the next day which was much appreciated. Quick jaunt into old town.

It's a budget hotel close to the Messe and was ideal for my purposes. If you want bars, pools and room service then you are in the wrong place but anyone in the market for fairly low-cost lodgings and will be using the place to sleep it's very good.

we absolutely loved it. the room was beautiful, with such an attention to detail, very clean, close to the city centre. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i love the idea of the hotel being like an alpine lodge in the middle of munich. the breakfast option for vegans was a bit limited but the food was so fresh. if you have a very big car you might struggle to fit to the car park
