A very nice hotel with luxuriant plants. Isabel was very nice and attentive. The location is good...a private area on the edge of town...only a 10 minute walk to the main plaza.

The heated pool is awsome!👍 You can also use it once it is dark. You can see the stars while relaxing in the warm water. Absolutely genius!

The animals on the side (dokey, horse, dogs)are very friendly. It is very safe and the children liked it a lot. For a remote area the internet was very good! It also was accessable over the whole are. Friendly owner Family.
The ecolodge is beautifully surrounded by the nature of Guatapé. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was good!
The view from the bungalow was amazing and the net in front of the bungalow is great to relax with a view!

We loved our stay at Casa Encuentro Ecolodge! We had a bungalow overlooking the lake with our own outside lounge net. The view was incredible, so beautiful to wake up to with a cup of tea. The bungalow was decorated very well with everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing - so fresh, delicious and lots of it. It was a really memorable stay.

The location was so peaceful and the lodges are very nicely designed. Comfortable beds, great shower and little touches like an Amazon Alexa in the room which was a nice addition. They also have the loveliest dogs!
