The staff was phenomenal! All were extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. The location was picturesque, with Lago Negro out your window, and rolling hills surrounding the property.

This is a quirky place. Odd set up for the different accommodation types and slightly gruff reception on arrival but then there’s the view! We woke up to see the mountains and the lake! The restaurant is great and the staff there are wonderful. You will see reviews that say the options are limited but for a small kitchen they do an amazing job and the salads and pizzas that are available (as well as a small set daily menu) are delicious) and I have never had a better pisco sour. We especially loved the breakfast staff singing along to the music as they cooked and served. Amanda and Andrea at reception and in the shop were also super helpful when we wanted to stay an additional day. Overall we absolutely loved Terra Luna.

Our family had one of the older rooms with two twin beds and the recently built cabin with a queen. The rooms had a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were beyond our expectations. Pablo is an amazing chef - breakfasts were great and we enjoyed the menu at dinner every evening. He also gave great recommendations for activities before arrival and during our trip.

Second time in this beautiful lodge with the most stunning location on Rio Baker area. The staff and service are very courteous. Very good restaurant and room facilities. The very best option in this area of Carretera Austral. Highly recommended.
