The hotel is quite close to Interlaken Ost, taking me no more than 15 minutes to reach the Widerswil station. From there, it was just a lovely 5-minute walk to the hotel. My room was clean and very cozy, with an incredible view.
The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely, especially the administrators. My first day of visiting was rainy and chilly, but it didn’t bother me at all since the heating in my room worked perfectly.
And also if you need to buy something there are markets nearby.
This is the hotel and atmosphere that I will definitely return to in the future from Georgia🇬🇪🇨🇭

Nice and clean and friendly staff. Always go a long way in my book. The room was good for what I needed. The shared bathroom was no problem. Always clean and never had to wait. The breakfast had a good choice.

We stayed in the 'Lager' (shared dorm room) - it was quiet, clean and safe. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful as was dinner, service was great, staff helpful. There is a cafe-bar downstairs with outside seating, great for Eiger-gazing. Don't forget to purchase your 50% off SBB travel card.

The lodge is really cute and the breakfast is really good with vegetarian options! The staff is really friendly and helpful as well! We came by car, but it is next to the train station, so quite easy to access and travel from there

Historical and full of lodgy vibes, really like the vintage furniture and decor of the lodge, it offered me a cozy and homey feeling. Staffs here are super helpful and nice, helped me charge my power bank as my adapter damaged somehow, and helped to unlock my luggage.
The hotel clerk was very helpful and kind with a misunderstanding regarding private or shared bathroom, allowing us a change of room the last days to avoid sharing the toilet. Edelweiss Lodge is the original hotel, joined to the Alpenrose Hotel which is the modern section.
The Edelweiss Lodge was a charming 120 year old building in lovely Wilderswil, a great location to get to everything. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, we booked the private room with a bath. After a long day the garden was peaceful and beautiful and the spa or bath was an absolute bonus. The tasty breakfast with an amazing view was brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!
Good location to visit Jungfraujoch and nice and cosy village scene at Wilderswil. The lodge has cheerful and helpful staff during the stay.
