The staff were delightful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was spacious and had new and efficient kitchen equipment. The heating worked well which we needed to use in the mornings. We booked a whitewater rafting experience from the Lodge which was really fun and very well organised. Thank you to the Cinnamon family and team for making is feel so welcomed!
The lodge is located right next to the highway so it’s easy to get to. The owner welcomed us very friendly and he had some great recommendations for the area! The little room was very cosy and we had a great view on the mountain! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The river is not far and hiking trails aren’t either. We would definitely recommend staying in this lodge!
The problem was that I booked on booking.com platform with a confirmation but on the day of arrival we tried to contact the lodge but the phone rang busy. When we got close to property in the pouring rain late at night we discovered that it was in fact closed for business. Very bad on platform side not to know this.
