This was one of the most stunning properties we have stayed, from the moment we walked in everything was perfect! The setting is so peaceful and tranquil, the room was gorgeous and had everything you could want and more!! The fire and spa bath were amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was a great treat in the morning! It felt like we were miles from home, the perfect, most luxurious escape!

It was very clean and the host was helpful when we messaged. We just wanted some time to ourselves and we felt very at ease. I loved the dogs and the kookaburras! The host also was very considerate leaving us some yummy treats!

The accommodation was light and spacious with absolutely stunning views across the pond and over the vineyards. We saw kangaroos hopping through at dusk and during the morning, and lots of birdlife. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. They have screen doors to keep out any mozzies. Very well equipped kitchen, including coffee machine, plus an iron with ironing board, and a hairdryer. The finer details, such as the fully stocked wine fridge, the freshly cut roses from the garden, and the gorgeous botanical haircare and soap products, made the experience extra luxurious. The service at the cellar door was also excellent- thank you Faith! And the native gardens on the estate are definitely worth a wander around. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay (with great wine!)

Misty Mountain was an absolute delight! Perfect location, this little cottage was the perfect stay for a few nights away, and catered to every need. Full kitchen, comfiest bed I've ever stayed in, fireplace, and just overall a little beauty!
