Staff (Emma) was amazing - so helpful and kind. She made out stay super enjoyable and easy. The facilities were great - everything we needed was there. It was also a super convenient location being only a short walk to Burke street, Abom and Alburg.

Good location self contained quiet and clean with easy access. Only issue was the keypad lock needs to be replaced. Had to communicate with owner's representative to gain access. suggested to him stop fixing the existing key pad with a new one.

Jean & Paul are beautiful, lovely couple and are so accommodative with our needs and concerns since we just landed right from SIN.
Although it was told to just bring only what you need, they’re still being lovely and stored our luggages for us.
I’ve met with a lot of other beautiful families and we had a good conversation in the spacious shared kitchen. .
We’ve enjoyed our stay in Amber Lodge and it’s very near to the village centre.

The lodge was friendly, well organised, and the breakfast and coffee/hot chocolate was a nice touch. The communal space was very welcoming to everyone. Terama is exactly the reason why I love staying in ski lodges instead of hotels.
Jo and Frank are the best hosts. The Lodge is so nice, warm and clean. The common area is spacious and the kitchen is well equiped. We all enjoyed the stay!
Our family stayed in the Vail Apartment which was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. A nice big balcony overlooking Bourke St. The Hotel has a wonderful, warm feel about it, much like a European ski lodge.
