It was close to town but quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room, well appointed with a fabulous spa bath. The location was stunning with wildlife on the doorstep. Very comfortable bed. Great blinds for privacy and darkness for a great sleep.
Each of these chalets features timber ceilings, a modern kitchen, polished wooden floors and a spacious living area that leads out to a wide veranda, where you can watch kangaroos and deer wander...

Large, quiet cabin with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed as a family of four and the kids loved it. We saw kangaroos, emus and cockatoos right outside

Fantastic location in the beautiful nature. lots of wildlife around the cabin and daily visits from kangaroos etc. The cabin (Treehouse) was nicely designed and decorated with a mix of concrete, wood and a nice color combination. Warm welcome from Janene. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. We would highly recommend the place and will return.

We were two minutes drive from the town centre which was really handy. The property itself was cosy and had all we needed.
At the house we fed cockatoos on our back porch, saw kangaroos along the road and caught little skinks out the front which thrilled the children.
Hall's Gap Zoo was the reason we went to Hall's Gap and it turned out to be a great experience.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The slow combustion fire was a real attraction for us and once we learned how to best use it we loved it. The lodge was well appointed and the spa much appreciated by my wife. The TV with Netflix was an unexpected bonus. The kitchen well equiped. Very comfortable and clean. Location excellent.
We loved the location as it's in the bush but in town too! With kangaroos and deer grazing nearby , shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance The Lodges were the perfect choice for our stay in Halls Gap.
Everything !!! An excellent welcome from the host - very helpful with planning our few days. The lodge was superb - clean, bright, comfortable with a lovely terrace area overlooking the wonderful garden. The best part .... wildlife - throughout the day the birdlife was prolific and at dawn and dusk kangaroos everywhre right in front of you - up to 20 of them as friendly as anything. It was like being on your own private Australian safari. A very very special place.
The lodges are right in the center of Halls Gap and within walking distance to all restaurants and the Pinnacle hiking trail. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. There were parking spots in front of the lodge.
We decided to go for the luxury villa and it exceeded our expectations. Set away from the other lodges, with a magnificent view of the Grampians, it had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 comfortable bedrooms both with attached bathrooms, a verandah. Just like the photos. There were also board games, Netflix, Amazon Prime. If only our itinerary allowed us to stay longer. Overall, a most wonderful stay.
The lodges were located in the most beautiful setting. There were kangaroos, cockatoos, emus, deer and cute little wrens. Each lodge has a fire pit which was a nice touch. Bathroom had a corner spa. Amazing lodges with lots of space to move and very clean. Location is a short drive to Halls Gap town. overall it was a great experience.
