I booked this room only about a week before visiting when another accommodation got flooded out. Owner was super nice and friendly, arranging for her daughter to help oriente us as I speak very little Spanish and the owner spoke very little English. The owner was very accommodating in adding to the unit items we needed so we did not have to buy them (soap, dishwashing liquid, additional kitchen hand towels). She also pulled information for us on various termas as I was having trouble finding water temperatures online. We had a very comfortable stay!
