It was really clean and the setup made for a relaxing, quiet stay. Even though it's a guest house, the room looked like a hotel room which was quite nice. We completely forgot about the pool because it's on the other side, would've been nice to have relaxed there the evening. The bed was nice and big, and so comfortable!

Sleepy little town. Very beautiful nestled between mountains and the ocean. Lots of restaurants, stores and wine farms conveniently located. Absolutely able to walk around, but good Über coverage as well. The Main Road is the spine of the town, and is dotted with artisenal burger restaurants, Sushi and more local fare.

It is located near Stellenbosch and a reasonable drive from Cape Town. All the amenities you need including shopping, cinema, restaurants etc. Depending on the time of year the weather (it was cold when we visited this year)it is an ideally situated location.

There are so many wonderful places to visit and so many restaurants to enjoy. We have Strand beach nearby and also mountain hikes plus some of the country's finest wine estates. It's a bit like dying and going to heaven....

Everything was lovely, including the hosts. Beautiful place, with a dam a short walk away. Central location for everything in Somerset West. The room has everything you need, including a generator for the lights and fan in the room, and also the TV, with surround sound, during loadshedding.
Exellent overall stay. Very pleasant and helpfull staff. Everything nice and neat and clean.

The breakfast was very very nice and exeeded all expectaions. Wish we planned to stay longer.
