Sneezewood is a nice little B&B just outside Dundee. Very tranquil and idyllic. We were cordially received by the owner and his lovely dogs. The house has a cosy livingroom and a little backyard with outside sitting area. All nicely furnished. Our host recommended a good restaurant just five minutes away were we had wonderful dinner.

We stayed in a self catering cottage and id not take breakfast. The cottage was huge, really would be quite comfortable for a family (two bedrooms and two baths, large kitchen and lovely outside patio and braii).
The host did a great job of lining up a tour guide for the battlefields. The tour was excellent.
Dundee was well located for the battlefield; the Talana Museum is not to be missed.
The location is convenient and accessible, ideal for excursions to battlefields sites and the fascinating Talana Museum. Staff is great, Elisabeth is knowledgeable and entertaining, as well as generous with her time (we were interested in the battlefields). Grounds are lovely, with an abundance of fruit and veggies growing. Great too that there is backup in the event of any failure in supply of power or water.
