Bed was super comfortable. Food options in the foyer area is a lot more attractive for those who are not looking for fine cuisine options. Food was well priced, and the portions are generous. The location and views from the hotel are spectacular. Spa area with indoor heated pool with full access included in room rate is a major BONUS. Service overall was great.

The property was very open and calming. I liked the bedrooms, as they were bright and cheerful. The big central hub is so welcoming, with sofas and a library, as well as a lockup for your bikes. The hosts and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding.

Allan the manager was easily reachable with a phone call. Good knowledge about area. Excellent, friendly and welcoming reception and throughout our stay. Breakfast - Fresh and good quality.
Panel heater and air con keep room temperature comfortable. In all, a very pleasant stay.

This is our third stay. The little wood burner stove keeps the cottage snug and warm. The bed sleeps very comfortably and the electric blankets added to that winter comfort. The cottages are exceptionally well equipped and I love the range of Wallace wines available and the ease of payment. Even eggs from the farm chooks placed on the table to welcome us. Milk and coffee and tea and a big bottle of water included as well as home made cookies. Angus, Becky and Benji gave us a welcome too. Paul and Nicky are fabulous hosts and very warm and welcoming and the peace of the farm always makes us happy and the view across the dam and farm is beautiful. It’s easy to reach the Elgin market over weekends too from here.
