Location is perfect, few minutes walking from old harbour where plenty of restaurants shops and cafes can be found. New harbour is just a short drive (5 min or less) for whale watching tours.
Breakfast was delicious and host was great.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The host organised the Whale watching trip for 7AM in the morning and it was worth the trip. We did see a lot of whales. + we received a lot of info upon our arrival.
It's just 10 min walk to the new harbour where to whale trip starts.

Quiet suburb, but close enough (2 minute drive) to the new harbour and restaurants and five minutes away from the main tourist strip. Easy access to cliff walk in Hermanus. Stayed in attic room which is very quaint and well equipped. Hosts are very communicative and helpful.
Nice location for the new harbour and the whale watching tours. Also easy access to the cliff top path for nice walks. The secure parking was also greatly appreciated. The room was huge and very new, though having the toilet and shower effectively in the same room may not be to everyone’s taste. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything! Janneke is an excellent host with great communication where necessary. The property is in a quiet residential area and is secluded and private including parking. The living area is very spacious and has everything you need from a holiday rental. Very comfy bed and excellent shower. TV and WiFi also work very well.
A 15 minutes walk gets you into town, 30 minutes to the new harbour. A taxi from town after dark was only 60 Rand.

This is a wonderful and peaceful place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. For one, it's located in a safe gated community not far from the new harbour and the cliff walk. The apartment itself is well-equipped with lots of towels and kitchen items. The beds were heated which made it hard for us to get up in the morning--not a bad thing.
A very beautiful and secured property in Hermanus. Very close to the new Harbour from where you can take whale watching tours. Staff is very helpful and sweet to talk to. The property itself is beautiful made and very well maintained. I could have stayed for more nights, but next time. Definitely recommend staying here.
