I walked endlessly without a clue of the location of the shops i was looking for. There is a need for a sort of eguide or paper guide showing the map of all shops in the place! I walked for miles and just came out with one Lego block pack.

Access to the Canal Walk Mall is great - apartment is located close to the lift / security access in & out of the complex. Hassle free access to the apartment keys for checking in & out. Great host! Will definitely book the apartment again when visiting CPT.
I loved that the property was a central place from the City and Canal Walk as well.
The host Tembi was amazing and always helpful in terms of willing to assist.

I chose the hotel because of the location. Close to highways going north and south, close to canal walk. The photos on line also showed neat clean rooms and bathrooms. The location turned out not great. There is a restaurant over the road & loud music coming from there until late at night. Apart from my issues (noted in my complaints) the hotel room was clean and neat. The staff were all very polite and amenable and friendly. Breakfast was quite nice.

The location is perfect. Very central in CPT, walking distance to the Canal Walk Mall and restaurants.
Very easy access to the highway. Perfect for business or exploring the city.
The apartment is very well equipped. Just bring you food, everything else is there.
The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great. It was lovely to have the mall (Canal Walk) very close and it's amazing for running and walking. If you want to spend time at V&A Waterfront, factor in travel time of up to 40 mins during peak traffic time.
The apartment is at walking distance to Canal Walk Shopping Center. Very secured place. The apartment itself is very clean. having 2 bathrooms was great.
