Nothing except the WiFi connection. Place is dirty and run down. What is advertised on the website is not what you find on the premises. Lies only.

East London doesn't have mad traffic during rush hours- this is quite a relief. Easy and fast to get in between places, shopping malls, sports clubs, beach etc. The beaches could be better maintained because the smell of urine was everywhere and a lot of trash. But is it a good easy going place to be. Liked the city

I generally enjoy East London because I don't have the privilege of visiting as often as I would like to. I went to Jantra Thai Spa, it's in Vincent park and it was fabulous, exactly what my body needed. I went to Cafe Neo and it was my first time and I think excitement killed my appetite as I did not eat much of my food. Nahoon river is always great, to just sit there and pray, always lovely and quiet.

East London, was generally clean
East London, was generally clean
We thoroughly enjoyed the beaches in Gonubi,Nahoon and Beacon bay. They were clean and and not too crowded. We loved and and enjoyed all the scenic views as we drove around East London
My first review on Trip advisor was positive - due mostly to the location. My 2nd, recent review on Trip Advisor reviewed the hotel without referring to the sea and the river. Frankly, without the location, what does the hotel offer? Does it merit a 4-star rating? Comfort at the Blue Lagoon is expected, and for both stays, was delivered. This hotel may not offer 'luxury', but SOME attention to detail will improve client experience/ expectations of a good 4-star hotel.
Hotel has an amazing view and a great location. It its extremely well priced and highly recommended for business travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and while there is not much else on offer it still well worth the price.
It is conveniently close to Spar and Windmill. Moreover, it is close to the Beachfront. And the view it offers is unbelievable. It is unmatched in East London. We couldn’t get enough of it. It was difficult to leave.
Just the beauty of the view who would have thought nestled away in Dorchester heights, east london, south Africa is the hidden gem with a spectacular, picturesque view with most tranquil setting
