I noticed that the town was much cleaner than the last time I visited EL. Drive thru at McDonald was disappointing. It was too slow. Employees appeared to need training. Consultants at Avis (airport) lacked training. They had no sense of service

I visit East London for sporting events - I personally live on the coast so no need to visit another province for beach visits.
However all the sporting events organised in East London are fantastic- well organised and people all come other to welcome everyone from around the country- well done East London
