We liked "everything" about Grand Sapphire Resort! Especially their staff commitment to provide guests with utmost comfort and treat them with full respect during their stay. Especially I'd to thank Selin who helped us with changing both rooms at no cost when we asked for it, so the whole family can stay in adjacent rooms on the same level.
We highly recommend GSR to the visitors.

The facilities were amazing. There is a full gym, indoor pool, sauna, and an ice shower. A really nice bar that we only used to wait for the taxi. The food is really good, but not great coffee. The staff was always very nice and helpful.
