The staff at this hotel was the highlight of our trip! They were extremely friendly and went the extra mile for us. We decided to go for a day tour to Ninh Binh for the next day at 4pm and everything was managed by the staff within an hour. They provided to-go breakfast boxes for us early the next morning. At 7am, the reception already had our tour's meeting location somewhere in the Old Quarter on hand, and helped us booked a taxi immediately.
Facilities in the room were also great with filtered water dispenser and washing machine. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of local, Japanese and Western food. Swimming pool was large and suitable for families.

This hotel had everything I expected for a comfortable stay. The room is very clean, with modern furniture and comfortable beds. I also really like the hotel's general space, quiet and sophisticated. The service here is commendable, from the receptionist to the housekeeping service, all are friendly and prompt. The hotel location is very convenient, close to shopping and entertainment locations.

Staff members here are very friendly and effective. They helped us book airport shuttle cars and one-day tour to Ha Long Bay, solved all questions we had. Rooms are clean and specious. Even though it is a little far from the old quarter, we explored many places and enjoyed the view at the west lake. We would like to visit again.
