Location was great and easy to reach from old town. It is in a bit of a smaller street but it’s NOT scary/dark at all as some reviews suggest. Our host Lyn gave fantastic suggestions and booked many tours for us. They were all of high quality and well priced. I strongly recommend it if you are looking for a base to visit places like Sapa, Nim Bin or ha long bay. Breakfast was good too. Shower was nice and all clean.
