Staff were all really lovely and accommodating. We stayed in one of their newer suites in the building next door which was really spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage, aircon, nice bathroom and a actual chairs to sit in at the end of a long day exploring. Location was good although a 15min walk crossing hectic roads into the old town. It was nice to be staying in this quieter nook after escaping the hustle and bustle of the old town. I had a massage at the in-house spa and it was one of the best throughout my trip Breakfast buffet options were so good! Roof top bar is lovely and offers a nice view of the city. Weirdly there was never anyone else up there when we popped in each evening.

Everything was just superb. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. My wife felt at home interacting with Tracey, Bony, Leo, Tom etc. They were truly helpful and informative.
