The service on arrival was good, with a welcome drink, and the staff personally showing us to our room. Beds were comfortable with breakfasts excellent with the staff quick to ask for any special eggs, or drinks. The roof top bar had a great view. The pool was smaller than in the photos, but still good for a dip. The gym was small but sufficient, was wiped down regularly, and provided water, towels and bananas. The restaurant downstairs had a limited wine menu, but a variety of food items on the menu, some of which could be made gluten free.

We stayed in the solaria for 3 nights and were very happy with the location. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and rooms made up every day. We don't have complaints at all. Would stay there again if going back to Hanoi.

We have nothing to complain when we come to the room, it has so beautiful view of Hoan Kiem Lake and new furnitures. I think it is not easy to find this type of room in many hotels in Hanoi old quarter. But we are lucky to booked it at this hotel at very good price. Then we keep this room during our trip to Halong then come back to stay five more nights here, after that we got a special offer with a free car from the hotel to the airport.

This is a clean and lovely hotel located right in old town Hanoi. The room and | bathroom were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Jimmy and Sulli were always smiling and helpful. It really impressed me that a staff person personally pointed out the vegetarian dishes to us at the next morning's breakfast. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from (Hang Da market), Hao Lo prison and the ‹ Hoan Kiem lake. Great value for money and would definitely consider next time.
Good place. Can visit Hanoi easily. Lot of restaurant near to the hotel. Good breakfast and it is close To the Cathedral and Hoan kiem lake . The hotel staff are very hard working and kind and friendly always help us during our stay here for two times we came back from Ha Long Bay.

Amazing rooms in a new hotel in one of the best locations in Hanoi. Walking distance from all the Hanoi old town area and a street away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Area has lot of great restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes of walking. Breakfast buffet is amazing and staff is so helpful and responsive. They will automatically upgrade your room if available.
The staff are really nice and helpful, especially Natalie. The room is quite big, nice and clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and big as well. The area is good for tourist, a lot of good foods around in walking distance, the Hoan Kiem Lake is really near from hotel, will come back again to this hotel when visit Hanoi.
