Staff were all really lovely and accommodating.
We stayed in one of their newer suites in the building next door which was really spacious and comfortable.
Lots of storage, aircon, nice bathroom and a actual chairs to sit in at the end of a long day exploring.
Location was good although a 15min walk crossing hectic roads into the old town. It was nice to be staying in this quieter nook after escaping the hustle and bustle of the old town.
I had a massage at the in-house spa and it was one of the best throughout my trip

Roof top bar is lovely and offers a nice view of the city. Weirdly there was never anyone else up there when we popped in each evening.

A central spot in the old city. Staff were so helpful with a number of issues we had. The roof top has wonderful 360 views, a nice bar and swimming pool. Breakfast was good too! The rooms are spacious with good design.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Darius on reception looked after us throughout our stay, by arranging a trip to Halong Bay and an extra night for us (they very kindly upgraded our room for this extra night!).
