Excellent customer service and the view was just as expected. The hotel was so convenient to the Public Market and a quick taxi to the Space Needle. It's a great place to stay and we will return when we go on another cruise.

Very nice location. Great room and layout. Loved the view and the staff were very nice. One of the nicest buildings of any hotel in Seattle, I loved the huge windows looking out on the city.
Built in 1927, this historic hotel located in the center of Seattle is within a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. It features Andaluca Restaurant and Oliver’s Lounge.
reception staff very friendly & helpful. We were upgraded to a superrior room at no extra cost. great location near westlake station & pike place market. room very smart with a nice bathroom & very clean.
The hotel is stylish and close to Westlake Station and Pike Place Market. Nice staff! The room and especially the bathroom was quite small, but okay for one night.
With just ten minutes' walk from the Westlake Station, this place is relatively cheaper than other properties around Westlake, yet does not compromise living experience. The room is fairly large, featuring a sofa, a table, a bathroom large enough to accomondate a bathtub, and a lot of free space for me to do all sorts of activities. Furthermore, you don't need to insert your room card to get electricity in the room. I haven't be able to experience the swimming pool in the basement, which I am interested in.
Great place to stay once you find it. Best way to get there in my opinion is to take the airport train to westlake station $3 and walk out the station onto pike street go to the corner of 3rd avenue and Pike street and get the no 2 or 13 bus $3.50 straight to Queen Anne Street. Once your there enjoy the room with the very big bed, the little kitchenette area and the excellent shower room. The guest launderette on the ground floor was a god send following a muddy escapade into the Olympic Park and the staff are genuinely nice.
The location was fabulous, the rooms were small but very clean and all dishes and cooking supplies in the kitchen were provided. It was very quiet and private for the location of being in the heart of the city. it was a very good walking distance to the harbor, Pikes Market, Major department stores, the light rail station and the Seattle Art Museum. The bed was comfortable. We took the light rail train from the airport to Westlake station and walk 4 minutes to Mint House.
Fantastic and highly recommended. Great location a couple of blocks from Westlake Station and the airport line. Very friendly staff who gave me a very early check in which was much appreciated. The room was enormous, comfy and quiet.
Location: Great right next to Westlake Station sub way and near bus connections.
Room: Premium King Room was excellent Room 901. The bed was EXCELLENT! Pillows of down were a nice feature. Had a great sleep. Didn't have really a view but room had a sitting area, large bench for luggage, bar area, safe that was great.
Staff: Helpful especially Gladys at front desk
Ambience: Excellent, nice smaller hotel, art deco feel and a great bar area.
