The only thing we loved about this hotel was PAGE the front desk professional. Page was on point with reaccomodating when our family needed an extra day added to our stay!! She was also very pleasant . The other non professional person who's name I do not know..because she never said it..she has long dark brown hair was intensely RUDE..the lady with that long hair needs to adjust that attitude she is ruining the experience with her lazy and cold demeanor. Our room was not cleaned our entire 3 day stay..no bed made..no new towels..poor performance people get it together..like PAGE..be on that PAGE!
