The hotel was beautiful and the grounds, zen walk, pool was lovely and so was the spa area. The receptionists at the small desk in the Palm tower were always friendly and helpful. Answered all questions to the best of their ability . The verandas from our room were a great thing as we could sit out in the sun and enjoy sunrise and views.
