Great location and quiet. Needed a place to stay with a dock for our boat. Everyone was very nice. View was really nice. Not a fancy hotel and doesn’t have a pool, but love staying here. Room is big enough and very clean.

If you take the bus be sure to bring some water there is no refreshments served. Lovely walking trail and the deck goes 3/4 around where manatees lounge. There is an area to swim with the manatee but remember NOT to touch, block or approach them, if they touch you thats ok but humans are not to touch first. There are restrooms.

Very clean. Very conveniently located to local kayaking at Three Sisters Springs. Kitchen was great with full amenities. Air conditioning worked very well. Comfortable main bedroom bed. Good information left re:Dining. Hosts were super nice.
It was so close to Three Sisters Springs, the water, and restaurants. Also, close to our kayak rental. The pool and hot tub were right on the water, though we didn’t use them during our stay.
Location was perfect - very close to a seafood restaurant we were meeting family at and very close to Three Sisters Springs, which is where we were going the next day.
Staff - Tina - could not have been more accommodating or helpful. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
Loved all the paintings hanging in the room as well as dining hall and hallways.
The location was walkable to the rest of town. They provided sheets with recommended eateries and tour operators, many of which were under a 20 minute walk on a greenway away. 5 minutes from Crystal River NWR and Three Sisters Springs. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of variety. Not many people were up so there were recently prepared sandwiches wrapped. Tina, the manager, offered to make up some fresh too. Folks were communicative and helpful. We only had a short stay and would definitely come back.
Enjoyed the courtyard area outside of our room - worth the extra cost since we were there for 4 days. Quiet location but close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and the pier down the street. Great location for Three Sisters Springs and hiking at the state park nearby. The pastries delivered to our room late afternoon each day were delicious!
Great location! It’s right on the water for plenty of bird watching or activities, and it’s walking distance to Three Sisters Springs. The staff was very friendly.

View was great, food was very good (though pricey). The location is great, but it is OLD... Physical key for the doors, window unit A/C, old torn carpet, stained bathroom (tub & shower), barley warm "hot" water. I guess you are paying for the location and view on the water though. It is close to Three Sisters Springs, about a 25min kayak paddle, which was really nice. You can rent anything you want & book tours right at the hotel dock, which was really convenient.
Clean and comfortable. Close proximity to Three Sisters Springs and Hunter Springs Park. Decent breakfast. Glad mini fridge and microwave provided. Would definely stay again.
