My stay at Best Western Plus – Lakeland was wonderful! The room and bath were absolutely spotless!! (I always worry about room cleanliness when I travel due to some bad past experiences.) The room amenities were all in working order – I especially appreciated the microwave and mini-refrigerator. I could adjust the thermostat to my comfort level. I had a room with two beds and it was a good size…I didn’t feel cramped at all. The customer service was exceptional! I want to especially thank Vernice who helped me extend my stay. She was a total delight! She went out of her way to make me feel welcome at the hotel and her friendly personality made this stay one I’ll remember for a very long time. I’m actually looking forward to staying at the Best Western Plus – Lakeland again and hope Vernice is there to welcome me back! [I evacuated from St Petersburg due to Hurricane Helene in late Sept 2024.]
