Proximity to the wharf and surrounding restaurants is great! 8 minute walk to the wharf and close to many many restaurants. Plenty of parking. Loads of towels in the bathroom. Very very clean bathroom (you could smell that it was just cleaned too). TV was good, a safe is provided in the closet, and there was a coffee machine with all the amenities. There is a descent breakfast in the dining area. Get there early as stuff goes quickly.

Breakfast delivery wonderful. Parking easy. The room was thoughtfully laid out - plantation blinds, potted flower on the balcony, large ice bucket to accommodate a bottle of wine, robes…Very aesthetically pleasing. Cookies on arrival. Superb staff w/great eating recommendations. Lovely! Lovely!

We didn't book for breakfast the location was good

Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service! Came down with Covid the day before our stay. The hotel repwould not work with me. Looks like they are going to take my money. The person I spoke with was rude and showed zero compassion to our situation and never once asked if I was ok…At the very least a rain check could’ve been offered as we will be coming to Monterey several times a year for the next 3 years as our child goes to school there.
