I really enjoyed this property and found the staff to be exceptional, especially Quentin. We arrived at the hotel late on a Friday night after our reservation at a different hotel fell through and Quentin greeted us and promptly got us into our room. We decided to stay an extra night the next night and he accommodated us well, getting us the best rate and waiving the pet fees. The property was great for walking the dog with a paved sidewalk and grassy area. We also enjoyed having drinks and appetizers at Harison's and loved the decor they had there.

The shuttle to Steamboat ski resort is really handy. The staff are courteous and professional. There’s laundry facilities. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with a kitchen, dining table,pull out couch that’s actually comfortable, nice pillows and bedding. It’s very quiet and comfortable.
The staff is friendly and patient. He helped me a lot ,I appreciate.Also the hotel was amazing. The room is 2 floors, bigger and better than the picture.The price is cheap as well.It have 2 busses picking up to Steamboat ski resort every 15 minutes for free, so so convenient
