Such a beautiful hotel with so much to do and a staff that actually was nice and helpful. Very refreshing from customer service lately at most hotel brands. Not to mention the hotel was so fresh and clean, it truly felt like a vacation

Spacious rooms, very nice common areas. The bathroom was huge, even accommodating a refrigerator. Most importantly, it's all comfortably cool with 105 degrees outside. without any agressive draftiness.

This is a lovely property, well maintained and very inviting. Check in couldn’t have been easier and we loved the extensive self serve coffee and tea station. Our Canterbury room upstairs was spacious and comfortably furnished including two comfy recliners. It was light and airy with a wall of windows. Only downside was that the room gets fairly warm in the late afternoon from the summer sun and the air conditioning wasn’t quite adequate .

The location was perfect to visit Southern Oregon University and walking distance to several great restaurants. It was about 1.1 miles to the Shakespeare Festival in downtown Ashland too, an easy walk for fairly active people.
Was thrilled to have 3 beds, with one in a semi private alcove...Perfect for our family of 4! Very friendly and helpful front office staff, full of info and restarant recommendations. Great location across the street from Southern Oregon University and a mile or two from the Shakespeare Festival. Decent continental breakfast. Small pool .
The location cannot be beat! It was a nice walk to downtown and the theatres. We were also able to walk to Southern Oregon University. It is right next to a Safeway.
Timbers Motel was near Southern Oregon University and several restaurants and stores. It was walkable, or a short drive, to the Shakespeare Festival and downtown shops. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced for Ashland. The breakfast was simple but enough to start the day.
The breakfast was healthy (hot and cold cereal, greek and regular yogurt, muffins, hardboiled eggs, etc.) and the coffee was good. There were several little outdoor patios. The location was excellent. It was a few blocks from downtown shops, llthe Shakespeare Festival, and Southern Oregon University.
The staff at Timbers is really awesome. The room was clean, comfy and super convenient to the Southern Oregon University activities we came to attend. The breakfast items in the lobby in the morning were fresh and tasty and very helpful getting started on our day. There wasn't one thing I didn't like. Timbers is easy to get to, quiet at night, safe and clean. It's a great value for the money.
