We had a great experience at this location, where we saw bears almost every night during our stay. The chairs on the balcony were perfect for enjoying a hot drink in the evening while a neighbor enjoyed a campfire. The accommodation provided an ample supply of towels, a good-sized fridge, and a clean microwave.
I believe it's an ideal spot since it's not on the main street, yet it's only a 5 to 10-minute walk away. The main street was extremely busy, so it was nice to have the option to go in and out of that easily, while also enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There is a free bus service in the area, although we chose to use our car for trips further out. Parking around the area can be quite expensive, so having free parking at the accommodation was a significant advantage.
