The staff were friendly and courteous. The view I had from my room was phenomenal. Hotel is at a great location near the beach and on the main road where all the activity happens. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

When I made my reservation I asked for a room with a stove and kitchenette and when I got to the hotel they assigned me a studio, the room didn't even have a microwave. It was very bad that they changed what I had rented. I am writing this review so that what I experienced doesn't happen to other people. I felt cheated and scammed in those days. When I got to the room there was only a bed and a nightstand, so I went to complain and the staff treated me badly at reception. I give Booking.com and the Hotel a zero. Bad experience. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Not sure where this is but it was great every corner of Waikiki. I would love to see a bigger crooked walkway mall like the old one they took away. Kings alley. But everything gets changed. It was a great place to get last minute souvenirs. & ABC stores everywhere.
