Room and location were excellent. There should be ceramic cups for beverages instead of paper cups. And tea bags should also be an option available. Water too was missing. As were slippers and a shower cap. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. The bathrooms were clean and large. Room size and comfort was great.

The property is in a convenient location for downtown close to the Willis Tower. We were taking a train from Union Station and it was only 5 mins walk away. It is also close to the blue line which comes in to the city from the airport. It is right next door to Lou Mitchell’s which does an amazing breakfast. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.
Historic hotel in a prime location directly opposite Buckingham Fountain. Everything in downtown Chicago is within walking distance, and the Loop stop is just around the corner. Friendly staff, renovated corner room very large and with good beds and a direct view of the Willis Tower from the bed. You can sense the history of the building and feel like you've been transported back in time.
Its location right next to the Willis tower makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the city. On walking or Divvy (biking) distance from the river, Millennium Park, Union Station, the West Loop and other hotspots.
A lot of windows made the room very light and a pleasant place to stay. The blinds do a great job keeping that light out at night.
