Everything was spectacular! From the moment we dropped our car off at valet, we were greeted by the most welcoming, warm, and receptive people. Its location right next to the Willis tower makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the city. On walking or Divvy (biking) distance from the river, Millennium Park, Union Station, the West Loop and other hotspots.
A lot of windows made the room very light and a pleasant place to stay. The blinds do a great job keeping that light out at night.
Room decor is nice and we had a view to the Willis Tower from.the window. Spacious bathroom, and we liked the grill restaurant on level 21 so much we ate there a shocking 3 days in a row. I also like a hotel with a sky lobby.
The size of the rooms, the location of the apartment near the subway stop and about a 15-minute walk from the Willis Towers. The communication with Sonder was very fast. Easy access with codes and without keys
Great furnished apartment, fantastic location (in South Loop, 10min walk to the Art Institute), views on the lake AND Willis tower, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped for me to cook, good value for money, great service at reception, great gym (and there is a pool too).
It was a lovely hotel and nicely decorated room, spacious for two persons with a large shower room. The hotel is located in the financial centre, so evenings and weekends it was quiet and it was a 15 minute walk to get to the main shopping and eating out areas. It was a 15 minute walk to the marathon start, so that was fine. 5 minute walk from Willis Tower which was a fab 100 floor high viewing experience.
HI Chicago Hostel is located in the very center of Downtown Chicago, at walking distance from Millenium Park, Willis Tower, public library, and bus/metro stations. We really enjoyed breakfast, with many options of food and beverages. We booked a private bedroom, which appeared to be not so large but enough to accommodate two people with normal-size luggage. The common spaces and restrooms were very clean.
