Location was great for walking and close to many restaurants and stores. Breakfast was awesome and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Welcome drink was a nice surprise.

The location of the hotel was in walking distance to Petco Park, the Gas Lamp District and the Seaport Village. There were plenty of food options to choose from all within walking distance. I liked that the valet service provided a QR code for you to use when you wanted your car from the valet. The $15 credit per day was a nice bonus to use at the bar before the event. The room was clean and very spacious.
It was a very posh hotel and very welcoming, well decorated for Christmas. The staff was very friendly.
The rooms don't have microwaves but we needed to warm our pet food and they brought one to our room.
The parking was convenient and the location with the back side of the hotel letting out to Seaport Village was great. Really fun shopping, restaurants and park for our pup.
Location was great. We were able to walk to seaport village, Gaslamp, and balboa theater. We enjoyed the water view from our room. This hotel was beautifully decorated for the season. Got our picture taken with Mrs. Claus and got a visit from Santa while having breakfast in the restaurant.
Love the location next to the Seaport village and close to the bay. Room and linen are very clean. Staff from front desk, housekeeping, bell services, breakfast team were all polite, responsive and professional. They made sure we have all we need and we are all comfortable.
Location is excellent. It is just a few blocks from Little Italy so a short walk over for lots of restaurant choices. Right across the street is a park with a very fun playground for the kids. It is only a block from the harbor through the park. It is also just a 10 minute walk from Seaport Village (or one could take the tram, which is right by the hotel). Although the tram is right there it didn't bother us at all.
We enjoyed the comfortable, clean, fresh beds in the suite. The kids loved playing at the in door pool.
We enjoyed the beautiful view at Seaport Village, as well as, the car show and music at at the gaslamp area street fair. So much fun!
Great views and walking distance to restaurants and the seaport village. Variety of amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
