I reserved a room through booking.com. arrived onsite and there was no one to assist with check in nor any clear indication of another method. Called the hotel main line only to be rerouted several times and told they had no record of my reservation. Not under my name, email nor confirmation number. They also were unable to reach anyone to provide assistance. All that was offered was to call booking.com back for a refund.

The Travel Inn Motel offers a great value for the dollar. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding, and four substantial pillows for each bed. The off-street parking was right outside the room, very well lit, and secure. The location of the Travel Inn Motel is wonderful for travelers riding the Royal Gorge Route Railroad. The Travel Inn Motel offers a better experience than many motels/ hotels charging twice as much.
