I would like to give a special mention to Harvey ( the night manager) in regards to a problem that occurred in relation to a double booking

Nice big rooms with all amenities and quiet. Friendly staff. Chris at reception was particularly helpful in making my stay more comfortable, better than some hotels with 5 stars in the area. They also provide free bottled water, which is great for Manhattan. Good location in Midtown.

Busy place but chill crowd generally. Some nice shops, good takeout snacks and food in the concourse. Beautiful architecture either St. Patrick’s Cathedral across the street. It’s lovely. Pricy Top of the Rock but excellent vantage for photos.

A great hotel in the heart of New York City, steps from Times Square and Rockefeller Center. The room is large, especially by NYC standards, with exemplary cleanliness and a large, elegant bathroom with a Japanese toilet. The room has a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and complimentary coffee, tea and water. We were super appreciative of the friendliness of the staff, the warmth with which we were greeted and the promptness with which they responded to any request we had. We will definitely choose this hotel again.
The hotel is old, but still very fancy. The beds are big and confy. The location is really ok to visit Central Park, museums and Rockefeller center (+Times Square).
Perfect location for visiting New York, Time Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center all in walking distance, and also bus and metro lines is all directions. The hotel is beautiful, the neighborhood is safe.
Kind and helpful staff, perfect location ( subway on the corner, walking distance to Central Park, MoMA, Times Squer, Rockefeller Center), clean room, and rooftop bar (good pictures there).
The location was excellent: subway entrance just around the corner, walking distance to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Train Station. Having breakfast at the hotel proved to be a great advantage, and apart from that, it was quite good for non-European standard :) Water and hot drinks were available 24/7 at the lobby.
