The Four Seasons was fully booked so I stayed here. My first time. Love the room decor/layout. Separate shower and bath tub a plus. Having a pool + sauna + steam room … heaven.
The doormen, valet and security are delightful. Also the housekeeping staff.

Loved the invisible-service concept: everything we needed to know what sent to us in advance and worked a treat. We didn’t need to contact the staff to ask any questions. The “did you forget” drawer is such a brilliant simple idea! And I love the fact the room magazine told me where to source every single bit of furniture our decoration in the room.

Love the location; you can almost walk anywhere in the city. The Rittenhouse hotel is iconic. There is a lovely weekend market in the square. It's a rainbow of people and activities day and night. Parc Restaurant on the square has exceptional food and service. It's a city within a city and a distinctive neighborhood.

Nice location!
Nice location! Be prepared to pay more for parking than the place that your staying at! (In the city) $37/day to $60/day or $21/hr just for parking alone! I paid $120 for two days of parking while my son Ubered all around town with friends...wish I hadn't have gotten a rental car at all!

The room was comfortable, with a double bed and air conditioning. There was an electric kettle in the room as well as tea/coffee. The location is great: the hotel is located right in the city centre, on one of the main shopping streets, so there were many food stores and restaurants just outside. Although the hotel is not on Rittenhouse Square itself, one can easily walk there in 5-10 minutes.
Comfortable and modern hotel convenient to Rittenhouse Square and central Philly activities. Valet parking makes it easy to just offload car and not have to again hassle with narrow colonial era street widths.
The apartment was fantastic, very big and spacious. Modern looking, overlooking Rittenhouse Square. The room amenities were great, bed was comfortable. The television was modern and had all channels needed. Shower was great too. Staff were lovely and informative. I'd highly recommend the hotel, it's in a great area of Philadelphia.
Nice, spacious comfortable apartment. It was quiet and very clean and neat. Good communication with host although I never saw anyone in person - everything was done with codes and emails. Good location with respect to Rittenhouse Square and Septa stations. I would try to do it again if I need to spend time in Philadelphia.
The location was very good, being super close to Rittenhouse Square and restaurants and bars. However, the lack of cleanliness in the apartment was definitely a downside and overshadowed our whole stay in an otherwise lovely city.
On the positive side, the apartment location is great being in a decent neighborhood with lovely surrounding restaurants very near the beautiful Rittenhouse Square Park. Everything was within walking distance from where we intended to be.
Great location for downtown Philadelphia. A couple of blocks from Rittenhouse square and some of the main shopping streets and corporate area. The hotel is close to train station if coming in from the airport. Bed is comfy and shower is good. The room had blackout blinds which were 100% effective.
Room size is great and the room had a couch bed. There was a microwave in the room.
