Very good location - near to plenty of eateries including Chipotle, Taiwan cafe etc. Trader Joes for grocers and subway stations - Queensboro Plaza, Queens Plaza and Courts Sq - all within walking distance. The combined subway lines brings you most places in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Breakfast includes hot items - sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs which are rotated for variety.

The employess at LIC Plaza hotel were always very helpful and made us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. The buffet breakfast each morning offers a good variety and is a real money saver in NYC. The rooms, while not large, are very modern and clean. We had an excellent view of the city from our room. It's a short walk to the subway at Queensboro Plaza and from there a 10 min ride into mid-town Manhattan. Easy access without mid-town prices. We loved our stay and would gladly return. Thanks very much!
It was okay; the staff was always welcoming and warm. The hotel was just a short walk away from Queens Plaza Station and Queensboro Plaza, so you had a few options to get into Manhattan. There is a large dining room with a fridge, oven, tables, and sofas to eat at, which was a good thing for us.
The room had two queen beds large enough to accommodate four adults. The room is modern, new and clean. Great towels!
The hotel is 5min from Queensboro Plaza and 10min from Queens Plaza stations. Excelent location for getting to the Manhattan.

The view was incredible, great location and very close to the subway (Queensboro Plaza for 7, N and W trains; 39 Av for N and W trains, and Queens Plaza for E, F and R trains), if you land in JFK you can take the E train and stop by Queens Plaza and walk about 7-10 minutes to the hotel.
The room was comfy, clean and with good space, the bathroom has a good size and good shower.
The staff service was excellent, very friendly and kind.
Pros: 1. Proximity to metro/subway station - approximately 2.5 blocks or 4 mins walk to Queensboro Plaza metro station.
2. Breakfast - Good breakfast, variety to choose from - toast , waffles, cereal, fruits, yogurt, cold cuts, eggs, sausage, bagels, juice, tea, coffee and more. Young lady who managed the breakfast station was very efficient and attentive to guest needs.
3. Early check in/check out by 12pm with no added charge.
LIC Plaza Hotel is a short walk from Queensboro Plaza metro station (N, W, and 7 lines) and a short distance from Queensbridge metro station (F line). The location is excellent for getting to Manhattan, LaGuardia, and JFK airports.
The staff is courteous and helpful, and housekeeping is manic and daily. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful! The entire facility is smoke-free. The stay was simply great!
