It is a beautiful home. Cozy, clean, spacious and peaceful. Great location.

The room was very clean.

Nothing! We did not stay. The room was unacceptable. When we walked through the entry doors of the hotel, the heavy smell of mold was overwhelming. We almost left at that but thought just because the mold issue is here doesn't necessarily mean our room would be bad. However, when we reached our room it was worse than the entry. The bathroom had mold that was not only odorous but easily visible as the wall paper was peeling off the walls and full of mold. Pictures were taken by us. We have tried to get a refund from the hotel as we prepaid for our visit, but the hotel manager told us she would not be available once we were in our room. And, true to her word, she was gone to another property by the time we walked back to the front desk. We had to call a number left on the front desk for the only remaining employee on the property, a maid. The maid told us she had no authority to repay us but she gave our phone number to the manager who did call us back within a couple of hours. We told her we could not stay due to the mold issue and she promptly informed us that we would have to got through Booking.com to be reimbursed as that is how we booked our stay.

The property was beautiful! Property management was super helpful and friendly. They responded quickly to my requests and were able to answer all my questions. The property upkeep was exceptional, and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! We will definitely be staying again!

The location was amazing and the place was beautiful. The host was welcoming and wonderful to communicate with.
