It can get very busy and parking can be limited. It is a fun place to visit with interesting shops and several restaurants. There are sightseeing boats at the cove for fun adventures on the sea. You do compete with the fishermen as it is a working pier.

We walked the 'Marginal Way' back to Ogunquit from Perkins Cove. Lovely walk, fabulous views, and quiet trail.

Excellent location. Easy access to The Marginal Way, and very walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants in downtown Ogunquit as well as Perkins Cove. Beautiful views from many rooms in the home. Wonderful large kitchen and living room for hanging out.
The room was very clean but a little dated. The wifi worked fine too. The location was the absolute best for visiting Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. Overall we had a very nice stay.
The location was excellent! The Seacastle Resort is right across the street from the Marginal Way. We walked/ran the beautiful seaside trail both days we were there. The restaurant choices were excellent, we loved Maine Catch down the street from the Resort and Barnacle Billy's in Perkins Cove at the end of Marginal Way. Our suite was beautiful and so so comfortable. We spent morning coffee and evening happy hours on our balcony, watching the many people walking and enjoying Ogunquit.
We utilized the indoor pool, spa and outdoor hot tub. All were very clean. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to town via a side road (no sidewalk, but manageable), a little over 10 minutes to the beach and probably 20 ish minutes to Perkins Cove. The beach offers 30 minute parking if someone in your part is willing to drop off and walk back. The coffee and hot chocolate available throughout the day was nice.
The location of the property was good, easy access to both Ogunquit beach and Perkins Cove, all in walking distance (as long as you don't mind walking 15 minutes or less. Property looked nicer on the outside than the inside. It was clean and staff was were very friendly. Bathroom was upgraded recently with more modern look.
The Breakfasts were so delicious :) the afternoon happy hour was such a good time and one cannot forget Bentley their dog who was so precious & delightful. The owners Lawrence & Glen and their staff are so delightful and accommodating making sure your every need is fulfilled. The Trellis house is the only place we stay when visiting Ogunquit for it seems like home away from home. The location is ideal for it is a short walk to town, or to the beach or Perkins cove.
Proximity to the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove in downtown Ogunquit. Didn’t have to rely on the car. The continental breakfast was excellent in the availability of coffee throughout the day was a nice touch
