The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very responsive and helpful going out of their way. Having access to the huge jacuzzi bath after long days walking was wonderful. The location is a 5 to 10 min walk to the main street through a pretty neighbourhood, I'm disabled and could manage it everyday multiple times. You have access to a common area which was empty most of the time. WiFi was fast. Check in was easy and when we had to contact to innkeeper, she responded within seconds. She let me use facilities that were not public and sent me restaurants that could cater to my allergies. She let us know about a local tour we might be interested in and was all round a legend of an innkeeper.

I always love this hotel, from how dog friendly they are to the esthetics of the rooms and hotel amenities.
This trip, I loved how they accommodated my request through booking. I was given a perfect room, until the toilet didn't work. They made all the right calls to try and get it fixed, but maintenance had left already for the day (to be expected on a holida). Then they switched me into a room with a working toilet (see what I didn't like below).
Breakfast the first morning was great. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, toast, and bagels.
The pool was the perfect temperature, and plenty of seating and lounging options. Hotel itself is clean and always feels welcoming when you walk into the lobby area. Luna cafe is convenient, though opening earlier for espresso drinks would be an amazing option. My lunch was delicious and quick to come out when I ordered.
Overall, it's a great place to stay and relax and enjoy the area. We especially loved that during the 4th of July we did not heat a single firework, which was the exact purpose of our visit.

Beautiful accommodation close to the centre of Ashland. Breakfast was amazing.
The location was great for attending a play at the Oregon Shakespeare festival. The breakfast place next door was excellent. Our room had been newly remodeled and it was nice. The bed was comfortable. We loved having the fridge and microwave. The price was a great value!
